What are the delivery charges?

Mostly our shipping is free. For orders with total value less than Rs. 999, we do charge a nominal fee of Rs. 50 to offset logistics costs. Orders with total value greater than Rs.999 are delivered free.

We also charge a nominal Rs. 30 as COD processing charges for all orders below Rs. 2500 as the same is levied on us by our shipping partners to process COD payments. We encourage you to pay with any of the multiple prepaid options available on our site to avoid this charge.

What is the shipping procedure?

After you place the order, we send you an order confirmation email and SMS. Once the order is shipped we send you a shipping confirmation Email and SMS that contains the waybill/tracking number and name of the logistics provider. The shipping confirmation email contains the link you can use to track your shipment with the shipping provider.

Alternately, you can visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the waybill/tracking number for your shipment details.

Is your shipping safe for precious metal items?

We have partnered with leading logistics providers to ensure you get the best delivery experience. We are fully responsible for the shipment till it reaches your doorstep. Your money is fully refundable till you receive your shipment.

What is the delivery procedure? What are the important things to keep in mind while taking delivery?

You will need to sign for the products upon delivery. Our courier partner may also ask for an official government issued ID proof of the person accepting delivery in order to hand over the item(s), so please keep it handy at the time of delivery. If a person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order signs for the delivery, we take no responsibility for those goods. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere, the title and liability of the products purchased by you shall pass to you on the delivery and acknowledgment of the receipt of the same by you or anyone at your address, thus we are not responsible for damage of products after delivery in any event whatsoever.

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder/person placing the order as per our records, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Federated Mart customer service at support@federatedmart.com or +91-8901549320 IMMEDIATELY upon delivery but shall not be in any event later than Twelve (12) hours of the delivery of the product starting from the time of delivery, subsequent to which we shall not entertain any claims whatsoever.

Where all do you deliver?

We deliver to more than 27000 Pin Codes all over India. You can check the availability of a specific product at your location by entering the pin code on the product page.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The orders will normally be shipped within 3 business days from the date of order placed. For NEFT/IMPS/RTGS/UPI payment modes, orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. This is our maximum timeframe, and generally we ship orders within 24 hours of order confirmation/payment receipt. Delivery would be made within 7 business days from the date of shipment to serviceable locations.

For locations not serviced by our official courier partners, the delivery would be made either through third party courier / Post and will take 10 - 12 business days for delivery.

Generally, most of our orders are delivered within 7 business days from the order date. Delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Destination
  • Availability of the product
I should have received my order by now and I'm worried. What do I do?

If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call at with the order number and we will be happy to help you.

Does FederatedMart.com deliver products outside India?

No. At this point, FederatedMart.com delivers products only within India.

Are there any hidden charges on items being sold on Federated Mart?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional charges. Shipping charges (if any, and depending on your order total), will be clearly specified in the shopping cart and the final order confirmation page and are NOT hidden. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
