Order cancellations are only possible before the item has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped our Returns & Replacement policy becomes effective and you may only be able to return/replace the item as per our Returns & Replacement policy.
For items that have not yet been shipped, cancellations are simple and online. Log in to your Federated Mart account and go to your orders page here to look up the status of your order. If the Order Status is in Approval state, you may cancel the order simply by clicking the Cancel button provided. If you do not see a Cancel button or the order status is something other than the "Approval" state, it means you can no longer cancel the order and will have to initiate a return and the process will be governed by our Returns and Replacement policy.

As soon as the cancellation process is complete (whether online or via email/phone support), you will receive an SMS and email notification which means your cancellation is complete. We will then initiate your refund process and will refund your entire order amount including any shipping charges. We will also notify you via email and SMS once we have completed your refund process at our end.
The money will be transferred back to the source of the transaction. In case of COD transactions money will be refunded to your bank account whose details our customer service will obtain from you before processing your refund. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation & refund by Federated Mart.
There may be certain orders that Federated Mart Systems Pvt.Ltd cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Any payment made by you will be refunded to the source of the transaction in such an event. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue's, which Federated Mart Systems Pvt. Ltd. identifies for not accepting the order.
We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases from customers for orders placed.
